I have been receiving treatment from Shibu for the past 8 weeks for a trapped nerve in my neck. I was in severe pain with very limited movement and it is thanks to Shibu who is very professional, a good listener and extremely informative that i am now pain free and can move freely again. I highly recommend Shibu - he carried out a clear treatment plan and gave me plenty of advice going forward with regards to my posture and keeping active. When I first arrived in the clinic I was in a significant amount of pain and could barely walk. Shibu has been highly professional and informative at all times. The first session of ultrasound treatment was invaluable in releasing the spastic state that my back muscles had got into. The exercises recommended have helped me to rebuilt strength and movement to the affected area. Shibu's understanding of the use of k-tape has really helped to improve my posture in between sessions. Having had previous physiotherapy sessions elsewhere I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others as they have helped me to significantly reduce the pain I was experiencing. I have been suffering from shoulder problem which also resulted neck pain and loss of partial neck movement, left me unable to get out of bed on my own at one stage. My shoulder has completely healed. Shibu is highly skilled in identifying and targeting the pain's source efficiently.
