When I first arrived in the clinic I was in a significant amount of pain and could barely walk. Shibu has been highly professional and informative at all times. The first session of ultrasound treatment was invaluable in releasing the spastic state that my back muscles had got into. The exercises recommended have helped me to rebuilt strength and movement to the affected area. Shibu's understanding of the use of k-tape has really helped to improve my posture in between sessions. Having had previous physiotherapy sessions elsewhere I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others as they have helped me to significantly reduce the pain I was experiencing. I have been receiving treatment from Shibu for the past 8 weeks for a trapped nerve in my neck. I was in severe pain with very limited movement and it is thanks to Shibu who is very professional, a good listener and extremely informative that i am now pain free and can move freely again. I have been suffering from shoulder problem which also resulted neck pain and loss of partial neck movement, left me unable to get out of bed on my own at one stage. I’ve been having physio on my left ankle with Shibu for the past 10–12 weeks and the improvement has been incredible. A few months ago I had an accident,I had severe pain in my neck, shoulders and back, so I took eight sessions from him, he gave me exercises and in 2-3 sessions my shoulders and neck were relieved and my back pain was improved. After every session I felt the difference, now I have completed eight sessions, the neck and shoulder are completely relaxed and the back pain is much better than before. Shibu (Physio) was an excellent choice for my Punjabi mum of 72 years of age. My mum needed both her knees replacing. After her first knee surgery, she needed a physiotherapist who was able to communicate well with her and help her to rehabilitate her movements. Shibu was professional at all times, gentle when handling my mums knee that had been operated on, but equally firm in helping her make progress and pushing her at a good pace. I witnessed how he increased the reps and range of exercises according to my mum’s progress. He was great at helping the new knee mobilise again which would became a little stiff with the cold weather. This helped my mum greatly. Shimbu also took time to take care of the other knee which had been over compensating for the bad knee. Within a space of 6-8 weeks my mum was fully able and confident to climb stairs independently. Shimbu was so great with my mum we decided to book him again for her other knee operation that followed a year later. Once again we were very pleased with the results. Thank you Shimbu, my mum put in a lot of the hard work herself but she couldn’t have done her rehabilitation without you. ~ Swaranjit G

Had a serious knee problem for over a year. The NHS thought it was a hip problem and that I needed an operation. I went to Penn Physio through work and within 15 minutes he could see what the issue was. After some great physio sessions I have no problems with my knee.
